Section 21(1) in Tamil Nadu Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Rules, 2017
(1)The salaries and allowances payable to the Chairperson and members of the Authority shall be as follows:(a)The Chairperson shall be paid a monthly salary equivalent to the salary and allowances eligible to the Additional Secretary to Central Government;(b)The whole-time member shall be paid monthly salary equivalent to the salary and allowances eligible to the Joint Secretary to Central Government;(c)Every part-time member, who is not a servant of the Government shall be paid a sitting fee for each day he attends the meetings of the authority as may be determined by the Government, from time to time, and they shall not be entitled to any allowance relating to house and vehicle.
