Section 45(iii) in Andhra Pradesh Excise (Grant of licence to sell Toddy, Conditions of Licence and Tapping of Excise Trees) Rules 2007
(iii)In the case of toddy shops assigned to Toddy Co-Operative Societies or tappers under Tree fro Tapper Scheme. The provisions relating to the marking of trees issue of tapping Licences and transport permits shall not apply.
