(3)The Auditor shall submit his Audit Report to the Metropolitan Authority and shall forward a copy thereof to the State Government.[11A. Appointment of Chief Executive Officer. - (1) The State Government shall appoint a Chief Executive Officer who shall be a whole-time Officer of the Metropolitan Authority.
