27. Election and Recruitment of Directors in a Co-operative Society.
- The Directors or members of the Board of Directors of any managing body, as the case may be, of a Co-operative Society shall retire on the expiry of a term of three years from the date of its first meeting, but shall be eligible for re-election :Provided that at the commencement of this Rule the existing elected members of the Administrative Council, Managing Body or Board of Directors, as the case may be shall also hold office for three years effective from the date of its first meeting.
