10FY. Chairperson, etc., to be public servants.- The Chairperson, Members, officers and other employees of the Appellate Tribunal and the President, Members, officers and other employees of the Tribunal shall be deemed to be public servants within the mea ing of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860 ).
