Section 50 in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
50. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Rajasthan Technical University Ordinance, 2005 (Ordinance No. 1 of 2006) is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, all things done, actions taken or orders made under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done, taken or made under this Act.
