(3)It shall [come into force in such area or areas and on such date] [W.e.f. the 28th November, 1964 vide Forest Department Notification No. 14334-X-64 dated the 28th November, 1964, published in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extraordinary) dated 28th November, 1964.] or dates as the Slide Government may, by notification specify.
