Section 175(4) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development Act, 1995
(4)The State Government may, by notification, direct that any power exerciseable by the Chief Administrator under this Act may be exercised by such other officer of the Authority as may be mentioned therein, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
