Section 57(1) in The Nalanda Open University Act, 1995
(1)The University shall, subject to such manners and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes, constitute any pension, gratuity, insurance or provident fund, as it may deem fit, for the benefit of its officers, teachers and other employees (excluding those who are members of Public Services of India and whose services are lent to the University).
