Section 10 in The Maharashtra National Law University Act, 2014
10. Authorities of university.
- The following shall be the Authorities of the university : -(i)the General Council ;(ii)the Executive Council ;(iii)the Academic Council ;(iv)[ the Finance Committee ; [Substituted by Maharashtra Act No. 76 of 2018, dated 17.12.2018.](iv-a) the Planning Board ;(iv-b) the Building Committee; and](v)such other authorities as may be declared as such by the regulations.
