Section 59(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act, 2004
(1)The Authority may by a resolution, authorize that any power exercisable by it under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, except the power to make regulations, may also be exercised by such officers of the Authority, as may be mentioned therein, in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
