Section 108(1) in The Delhi Lands Reforms Act, 1954
(1)All Bhumidhars in any village shall be jointly and severally(1) All Bhumidhars in any village shall be jointly and severally responsible to the Government for the payment of the land revenue for the time being assessed thereon, and all persons succeeding whether by devolution or otherwise, to the interests of such Bhumidhars shall be responsible for all arrears of land revenue due at the time of their succession.
