161. Sentence of dismissal.
(1)Sentence of dismissal shall take effect from the date of promulgation of such sentence or from any subsequent date as may be specified at the time of promulgation.(2)A sentence of dismissal combined with imprisonment to be undergone in a civil prison shall not take effect until such person has been committed to a civil prison.
