Section 17(a) in Bihar Elementary School Education Committee Act, 2007
(a)"The Bihar Rajya Vidyalaya Shiksha Samiti Act, 2000" and all Government orders, notifications, resolution contrary to the provisions of this Act are repealed hereby from the date of enactment of this Act;
