Section 13 in The Ramrikdas Haralalka Hospital Acquisition Act, 1982
13. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Ramrikdas Haralalka Hospital Acquisition Ordinance, 1982 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
