335. Duty of filling up registers and inspecting of registers.
- The Court official appointed for the purposes by the Presiding Officer of each Court shall daily enter the particulars of the days cases in the proper registers and, atleast once a month in the first week shall lay these registers before the Presiding Officer, who will inspect and sign his name and put the date under the entries of the previous month (District Judges, Civil Judges and Munsifs should also inspect and sign the other registers maintained in their courts).
