Section 18 in Vinayaka Missions Sikkim University Act, 2008
18. The Finance Officer.
- The appointment of the Finance Officer shall be made in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes. The Finance Officer shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
