Section 21(1) in Uttarakhand Annual Transfer for Public Servants Act, 2017
(1)Transfers of the officers of Group 'A' shall be made by the Government on recommendations of the transfer committee constituted for this purpose and transfers of officers of Group 'B' shall be made by head of the concerned departments on the basis of recommendations of transfer committee:Provided that where there is no post of head of the department, the transfers of officers of Group 'B' shall be made by Government on recommendations of transfer committee.
