Section 211 in The Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994
211. Continuation of existing Panchayats.
- All the Panchayats existing immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue till expiration of their duration specified under the existing laws unless sooner dissolved by a resolution passed to that effect by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Punjab.
