Section 24 in The West Bengal Heritage Commission Act, 2001
24. Members and officers of Commission to be public servants.
- The members and officers of the Commission shall, when acting, or purporting to act in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
