(1)The National Authority or Administration or any Survey authorised by it, may inspect any ship, at a reasonable time, while at any port or within Indian waters:Provided that any such inspection shall be only for the purpose of verifying that there is on board either a certificate on inventory of hazardous materials or a ready for recycling certificate.
