Section 13(1) in The Organic Agricultural Produce Grading and Marking Rules, 2009
(1)The Agricultural Marketing Adviser may terminate the authorisation status of an Inspection and Certification Agency if the performance and conduct of the said agency is not in accordance with the Authorisation criteria or the conditions laid down for the authorisation.
