Section 2(l) in Kerala Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and Other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence in Professional Education) Act, 2006
(l)'minority' for the purpose of this Act means a community belonging to a religious or linguistic minority as may be determined by Government taking the State as a unit;
