Section 8 in Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner Act, 1987
8. Chancellor.
(1)The Governor of the State shall be the ex-officio Chancellor of the University.(2)The Chancellor may give any direction, take any action and do any thing as may be necessary under the provisions of this Act and the Statutes.
