Section 50(1) in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
(1)The rights conferred on a centre or a college by affiliation may be withdrawn in whole or in part or may be modified if the centre or college fails to carry' out any of the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 45 or the centre or the college fails to observe any of the conditions of its affiliation or the centre or the college is conducted in a manner which is prejudicial to the interests of education.
