Section 7(2) in The Bombay Diseases of Animals Act, 1948
(2)All animals inspected or detained at a quarantine section shall be liable -(a)to be vaccinated against any scheduled disease if in the opinion of the officer in charge of such station it is necessary to do so; and(b)to be marked in the prescribed manner.
