Section 11(viii) in The M.P. Nagariya Kshetron Ke Bhumihin Vyakti (Pattadhruti Adhikaron Ka Pradan Kiva Jana) Rules, 1998
(viii)The members of the first Mohalla Samiti shall be nominated by the Minister in charge of the District and the term of such nominated Committee shall be till the ensuing general elections of the urban local body.
