DATE: 17th February, 2020 PER COURT:-
1. This Court under order dated 11.10.2019, granted interim relief of stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned Judgments and awards passed by the learned Reference Court subject to deposit of entire decreetal amount in this Court on or before 13.02.2020. But, it appears that there is no response received from the concerned Department of the Acquiring Body.
2. Learned AGP seeks time to take instructions from the concerned Department about progress for depositing the decreetal amount in this Court.
3. In view of aforesaid submission, stand over to 09.03.2020.
