Section 21(1) in The Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Exits and Withdrawals under the National Pension System) Regulations, 2015
(1)If any of the applicants does not fulfill any of the eligibility criteria as specified for the annuity service provider, it may request the Authority through an application seeking exemption from such criteria.
