Section 46(3) in The M.P. Madhyastham Adhikaran Regulations, 1985
(3)After registration of the clerk, the Registrar shall direct the issue of an identity card to him which shall be renewed annually and shall be non-transferable and shall be produced by the holder upon request by an officer or other employees of the Tribunal authorised in this behalf. The identity card shall be issued under the signature of the Registrar.
