43. Ballot box and form of ballot papers.
(1)Every ballot box shall be of such design as may be approved by the Registrar.(2)(a)Every ballot paper shall be in Form W and shall be of such design as may be approved by the Registrar.(b)The name of the contesting Trade Unions shall be arranged on the ballot paper alphabetically or in such other manner as may be approved by the Registrar.
