     Amended causetitle filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

     After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner wants

to withdraw this writ petition.

     Counsel further submits that the petitioner has filed an

appeal under Section 30 of the Rajasthan Para Medical Council

Act, 2012 against the order dated 06.03.2019 which is still

pending.

     Counsel further submits that the Appellate Authority be

directed to decide the appeal within a period of one month.

                                          Counsel for the respondent has no serious objection to the

                                   submission made by counsel for the petitioner.

The present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the pending appeal preferably within a period of two months.
