(2)The Council shall also publish the notice and the draft of byelaws-(a)by pasting copies thereof on the notice board at the Municipal office;(b)by affixing copies thereof at conspicuous places with the municipality; and(c)by circulating their copies within the Municipality in print in Hindi and English languages.
