1. Order dated 5.7.2021 records the statement of Mr. Venegavkar, learned Spl .PP that in the bail applications filed by other co-accused an issue of admissibility of approver of evidence was raised. Both the parties had stated that it would be appropriate that the present application as well as the applications filed by the co-accused should be heard by the same court and had sought time to file a praecipe before the Honourable the Chief Justice.
2. It is stated that ill date the praecipe has not been filed. The Salgaonkar 1 of 2 6 ba 607-19.doc Bail Application is of the year 2019. No explanation is forthcoming for not complying with the statement made on 5.7.2021. Parties are put to notice that in the event no steps are taken on or before the next date of hearing, the application will be heard on merits without further adjournment.
