Section 56 in The Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions of Tariff) Regulations, 2005
56. Applicability.
- 56.1 The regulations contained in this Part shall apply in determining tariff payable for wheeling of electricity by a Distribution System User who has been allowed open access to the distribution system of a Distribution Licensee in accordance with the Distribution Open Access Regulations:Provided however that a Distribution System User who is directly connected to a transmission system shall not be required to pay any tariff under this Part.
