Section 24 in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
24. Disaffiliation.
(1)A State Level Sports Association may, after giving due hearing, disaffiliate District Level Sports Association which has not fulfilled any of the obligation laid down in chapter VIII of this Act for two years in succession and inform the Registrar, who may then take appropriate action under section -27.(2)The Bihar State Sports council may after giving due hearing disaffiliate any State Level Sports Association, which has not fulfilled any of the obligations laid down in the Chapter VIII of this Act for two years in succession and inform the Registrar, who may then take appropriate action under section-27.
