16. Curtailment priority.
- When because of transmission constraints or otherwise, it becomes necessary to curtail the transmission service, the short-term open access customers shall be curtailed first followed by the long-term open access customers :Provided that within a category, the open access customers shall have equal curtailment priority and shall be curtailed on pro-rata basis.
