Section 2(10) in The Jadavpur University Act, 1981
(10)[ "Librarian" means a Librarian, Deputy Librarian, Assistant Librarian or any other person discharging the functions of a Librarian on whole-time basis, by whatever name called, appointed or recognized as such by the University;] [[Clause (10) substituted by W.B. Act 5 of 1983, which was earlier as under :-'(10) 'Librarian' means a Librarian or any other person holding a post of Librarian, by whatever name called, appointed or recognized as such by the University;'.]]
