Section 4(1)(e) in The Bombay Children Act, 1948

(e)[ 'child' means a boy who has not completed the age of sixteen years, or a girl who has not completed the age of eighteen years; [Clauses (e) and (ee) were substituted for clause (e), by Maharashtra 54 of 1975, Section 2(3).]

(ee)'Classiying Centre' means an Institution established and maintained under section 27 of this Act;]
