Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki O.P.) P.S. Case No.511 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that while the son of the informant was in the way to his house, at that time, this petitioner along with his five associates surrounded him and started to cause assault to him through lathi, danda and butt of the gun, due to which the blood started oozing out from his head and he became unconscious. At that time, this petitioner also took the gold chain and cash Rs.3000/- of the son of the informant. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1462 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on mere suspicion and is in custody since 08.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Brahmpur (Chakki O.P.) P.S. Case No.511 of 2019.
