Section 31 in Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020
31. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or the Authority or any officer of the Government or any Member, officer or other employee of the Authority for anything done or purported to have been done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder.
