                            ORDER

-----

These are two connected appeals. Appeal No. 614 has been filed against the award of the Tribunal of Bikaner, while the Appeal No. 740 has been filed against the award of the Tribunal of Abu Road. But then, both the claim petitions arise out of the same accident, as in the accident more than one persons had died, and more than one persons had been injured. As such, two claim petitions have been filed, one at Abu Road and one at Bikaner.

It transpires that record of the M.A.C.T. Bikaner has been received, but then the record of the M.A.C.T. Abu 2 Road has not been received.

In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate to hear both the appeals, only after the record from M.A.C.T. Abu Road is also received.

As such let record in Appeal No. 740/2000 be also requisitioned. The matter be listed immediately after receipt of the record, as the appeals are already very old, being relating to the accident of 1996.
