(10)Special classification of the reasons leading to the dispute should be given precisely with the help of the available information following the standard nomenclature as given below:-(i)Non-implementation of-(a)Labour enactments;(b)Labour awards;(c)Labour agreements, etc., and(d)Tripartite decision.(ii)Any other (with full details).
