526. Distillers bound all rules and special orders.
- The distiller shall be bound by the provisions of Assam Excise Act, 2000, and by all rules for the management of the distillery or for use of Spirit therefrom which may be prescribed under the aforesaid Act from time to time and by the special orders of which may be issued by the Excise Commissioner regarding any particular distillery and shall cause all persons employed by him to obey all such rules and orders.
