53. Wood work in chimneys.
- In any wall no timber shall be placed nearer than 20 cm. to the inside of any flues or chimney expanding except that wooden plugs in any wall or chimney breast can be driven nearer than 15 cm. to the inside of any flue or chimney opening.Under any chimney opening, no timber shall be within 40 cm. from the upper surface of the hearth.
