Section 11(1) in New Mangalore Port Trust (Licensing of stevedoring and shore handling) Regulation, 2019
(1)The traffic manager shall be responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance of the terms and conditions of the licence issued to the agents and also of the safety norms to be followed by such agents.
