Section 19 in Telangana Intermediate Education Act, 1971
19. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government or the Board or any officer or employee of the Board for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any of the provisions of this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder.
