Section 3(7) in The Bio-Medical Waste (Management And Handling) Rules, 1998
(7)"bio-medical waste treatment facility" means any facility wherein treatment, disposal of bio-medical waste or process incidental to such treatment or disposal is carried out [and includes common treatment facilities];[(7-A) "Form" means Form appended to these rules;] [ Inserted by S.O. 545(E), dated 2.6.2000 (w.e.f. 2.6.2000).]
