54. No Objection Certificate from the Registrar.
(1)Any Society registered outside the State; but wishes to open its branch(es) in the State, shall obtain No Objection Certificate from the Registrar before opening of such branch and shall pay such fee as may be prescribed:Provided that if such Society does not comply with the direction or order of the Registrar or the Government then No Objection Certificate shall be cancelled.(2)The branch(es) of such Society shall be governed under the provisions of this Act.
