..."It is respectfully submitted that, at the relevant time, main matters shown in Column.No.2 Page 1 of 2 O/OJCA/483/2009 ORDER above, were disposed of by the Hon'ble Court vide order / judgment shown in Column. No.3 above. However, in the connected OJ Civil Applications shown in Column No.4 above, preferred in the respective main matters, no orders of disposal were passed".
In view of that, as the main matter is disposed of, this Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
